Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We also do require a receipt, proof of purchase/order number.
If you want to return an item please email our support team and we will work with you to get it arranged.
Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, we will refund your purchased item or send out your new item. (Please allow 1-2 Business days)
Locked Down Apparel reserves the right to deny a refunds or exchanges if the items returned are used or damaged. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to examine the products returned and make a decision to see if you are eligible for that refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date on the receipt.

Please contact our support team before sending any packages back as we will not accept the return without prior contact.
Shipping costs are non refundable and any shipping will be at the customers expense. Store credits will not include any shipping costs.
Unless there is an issue on our behalf, only then we will cover all costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you were shipped an incorrect order please contact our support team along with an order number and the contents of the package. We will arrange to have the incorrect items retuned to us, once received we will send your correct order to you.
